<address><span style="color:#96280d;">100 gr de beurre</span></address>
<address><span style="color:#96280d;">Sel, Poivre</span></address>

<address><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><span style="color:#96280d;">Progression de la recette:</span></span></strong></address>
<address><span style="color:#96280d;">- Eplucher un concombre, le couper en morceaux, le mixer avec les oeufs et les 20 cl de crème liquide,</span></address>
<address><span style="color:#96280d;">ajouter sel poivre selon convenance.</span></address>
<address><span style="color:#96280d;">- Mouler dans les ramequins à flan, préalablement beurrés, cuire au four au bain marie à 150°C,</span></address>
<address><span style="color:#96280d;">environ 20 min. Vérifier la cuisson au couteau.</span></address>
<address><span style="color:#96280d;">- Découper l&#8217;autre concombre en morceau, puis les &laquo;&nbsp;tourner&nbsp;&raquo;, mettre à cuire dans un peu d&#8217;eau salée.</span></address>
<address><span style="color:#96280d;">- Tailler les tournedos de thon dans la longe, les  faire revenir 1 min sur chaque faces, les assaisonner, mettre de côté.</span></address>
<address><span style="color:#96280d;">- Déglacer les sucs avec les 50 cl de crème liquide, ajouter la gousse de vanille et faire réduire.</span></address>
<address><span style="color:#96280d;">- Au moment de servir, porter la crème réduite à ébullition, ajouter le jus de tournedos, puis les tournedos, laisser cuire 1 min.</span></address>
